Challenge: Craftora was sending occasional promotional emails with little consistency or segmentation. Their emails looked generic, didn’t reflect the brand’s visual identity, and failed to convert even during peak retail months. As a result, they were missing out on both new and returning customer revenue.

Solution: We helped Craftora revamp their email marketing from the ground up, starting with segmenting subscribers by past purchases, browsing behavior, and geography. We then designed visually rich campaigns tailored to product categories and events (like “Spring Collection” and “Handmade Holiday Gifts”). Automated flows were introduced for welcome series, seasonal promotions, product launches, and customer win-backs—each carefully timed to coincide with customer intent.
