Challenge: The client was facing significant challenges with their email marketing strategy. Their existing emails were infrequent, overly generic, and failed to resonate with subscribers, resulting in low open rates and even fewer conversions. Additionally, there was no structured customer journey in place, and new subscribers received minimal engagement beyond a single welcome email.

Solution: To address these issues, we began by auditing the client’s contact list and segmenting it based on user behavior, purchase history, and engagement levels. This allowed us to create a personalized, multi-stage email flow tailored to different audience segments. We implemented a Welcome Series to effectively introduce the brand’s values and product benefits, followed by Abandoned Cart Reminders featuring targeted incentives. Monthly Newsletters were crafted to share wellness tips, announce new product launches, and offer exclusive deals. For disengaged users, we designed Re-engagement Campaigns aimed at reviving interest. Each email was built using mobile-optimized, branded templates and rigorously A/B tested to refine subject lines and calls to action, ensuring maximum impact at every touchpoint.
