BookNest, a growing online bookstore specializing in indie and educational titles, partnered with Glorywebs to expand their digital reach and boost repeat purchases. They had a functional website but struggled with visibility on search engines and lacked a structured email marketing system to engage customers after their first purchase.

We combined a performance-focused SEM campaign with a behavior-based email automation strategy to help BookNest attract more traffic, convert browsers into buyers, and retain loyal readers.

Challenge: BookNest faced two major issues: low organic visibility and a high customer drop-off rate after the first purchase. Their Google Ads campaigns weren’t optimized for product-level search intent, and their email marketing lacked segmentation and automation, limiting repeat engagement.

Solution: To solve this, our team restructured their Google Search and Shopping campaigns, targeting long-tail keywords like “affordable children’s books UK” and “bestselling indie novels.” We optimized landing pages and created dynamic ads synced with their product feed. Simultaneously, we developed automated email flows: welcome series, abandoned cart emails, restock alerts, and review requests—all personalized based on purchase history and browsing behavior. Together, these efforts improved both acquisition and retention.
